PhoenixGK provides goalkeeper training for boys and girls ages 8 through college throughout Raleigh, Cary, Apex and the Triangle. Programs include private lessons, small-group sessions, weekly training, masterclasses and camps for developing, competitive and college-bound goalkeepers. Players from every club are welcome.

FAQ's
We train all goalkeepers, from U8 through College. While some of our programs cater to higher levels, we have something for everyone who wants to have fun and improve as a keeper.
PhoenixGK camps and many group training sessions are held at Pleasant Park in Apex, North Carolina. We serve goalkeepers from Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina and communities throughout the Triangle and beyond. Private and small-group training locations vary based on the program and field availability.
The best thing to do is schedule a private lesson to get evaluated. From there we can give you a better idea of how you fit in our program. We have worked from GK's starting at 8 years old all the way through 16 years old, so it is never to early or late to start working with us!
We could talk forever here, but the main thing is our philosophy. We believe in low player to coach ratios, game-realistic settings, and ensuring sound fundamentals. The best thing you can do is look at our testimonials, or we are happy to refer you to one of the parents who work with us.
Nope. While some of our coaches work for local clubs, our goal is to help area goalkeepers improve, enjoy, and reach their goals. We have keepers from pretty much every area club attend our camps.
Camps
We offer camps throughout the year, typically in the Summer, Thanksgiving, and Winter Break. We have two levels of camp, Elite and Phoenix Rising.

Private and Small-Group Goalkeeper Training
Private and small-group goalkeeper training for players of any ability level. We work with goalkeepers ages 8 through college. These sessions are ideal for introducing players to PhoenixGK or refining specific skills.
Masterclasses
PhoenixGK Masterclasses are small group sessions with multiple coaches and video review after each set. These trainings are invite only. If you are interested please contact us or schedule and individual to be assessed.
Summer Weekly Sessions
June - August we run twice weekly sessions on Monday and Wednesday. Maximum 6:1 coach to keeper ratio, groups are based on ability level.
