Two Day Invite Only Winter Camp
We are happy to be offering a two day winter camp, Decomber 29th and 30th for goalkeepers looking to stay sharp over the break. the camp is an invite only mini-camp focused on improving your skills. For full-time U11 - College goalkeepers looking for the most intense and focused keeper training available!
Camp Info:
- Who: U11 - U19 Full Time-Keepers - Boys and Girls - All campers must be invited by a PhoenixGK Coach
- Where: Pleasant Park, Apex, NC
- When: December 29th and 30th
- 9:00 - 11:30 am - Groups 1, 2, and 3
- 11:30 - 2:00 pm - Groups 4, 5, and 6
- Cost: $200 per keeper
- Limited size - (6) Keepers per group
Camp Details:
We have designed the PhoenixGK Keeper Camp to cater specifically to the highest level of youth keepers. With a 6:1 keeper to coach ratio we will assure that you get the maximum number of reps and personalized coaching.
Our coaching philosophy focuses on improving technique first, before moving into high-rep drills. While the focus of the camp is shot stopping and handling, reps will include other skills as well.
Expect the camp to be a fun, intense and challenging experience.
This camp is invite only and not open to the public. We do this to ensure consistent quality of the keepers for the camp. We want to make sure that this is the absolute best possible value for every player attending. Each player will be assigned a group (Orange, Red, Blue, Green or Yellow) that they need to sign up for. Each group has only (6) spots available, so expect them to fill quickly.

- Four year starting Goalkeeper at UNC Pembroke
Suzie (Zigante) Archila
- Played Division 1 soccer at UNC Asheville
- Played professionally in the women's champions league with ZNK Osijek.
- Represented the Croatian Women's National team from ages 15 to 24.
- Semi-professionally locally for Oak City United out of Raleigh
- Current: she coaches goalkeepers of all levels, helping them achieve their own dreams using drills, techniques and knowledge she had gained from her own soccer career.
- Her parents Ziggy and Gretchen are both former professional goalkeepers themselves, and coach goalkeepers to this day.
